Mediation of Construction Disputes at any stage of the Construction Process, including:

• Contractor/Subcontractor Defaults & Surety Takeovers

• Pre Litigation Negotiations among Principals and/or with Counsel & Experts
• During Litigation: Before, During and after Trial
• During the pendency of Appeal.

1. In Southern California – Per Diem: $2,000.00 ( Up to 4 Parties), including all preparation time reviewing submitted Briefs, Position Letters, Submitted Documents; No additional charge for travel or lodging.
   
   
2. Out of Southern California – Per Diem: $2,500.00 (up to 4 parties), including all preparation time reviewing Briefs, Position Letters, Submitted Documents. No additional charge for travel or lodging.
   
   
3. For Mediations of more than 4 parties, the Fee will increase by $500.00/day/additional party.
   

1. Signed, Engagement letter with each Party or Counsel for each party, preferably at least 30 calendar days before scheduled mediation date.
   
   
2. Full Deposit of fees no later than 15 calendar days before scheduled mediation date. Deposited fees will be kept in The Corona Firm's Deposit Account until after the Mediation is concluded.
   
   
3. Cancellations. Fees will be considered earned if the Mediation is cancelled less than 5 calendar days before the scheduled Mediation date and not rescheduled.
   
   
4. The Mediator does not customarily provide facilities for the Mediation. Arrangements for such will need to be made at the time of Engagement.
